Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph24 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the ph24 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph24 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph24 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph24 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
ph24 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All Accounts are subject to verification before withdrawals are processed. ph24 reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph24 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
ph24 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. ph24 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) banking hours during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). ph24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. ph24 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. High-value transactions may be subject to additional verification requirements.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day. ph24 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the ph24 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph24 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
ph24 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
All games available on the ph24 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by ph24's gaming servers shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game results. Players may submit disputes to ph24 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

ph24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering on the ph24 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph24 Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ph24 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or Account transactions, ph24's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Internal disputes must be submitted to ph24 support within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
